Carmen’s true passion lies in the ‘human condition’, why people tick! Carmen has fond memories of deep conversations about mind, body & spirit with her two grandmothers, who had a profound influence on her. Carmen’s post-secondary education began as an exploration in the craft of acting, human psychology and psychiatric nursing. A great listener and conversationalist, Carmen pride’s herself with giving each and every one of her clients her full and undivided attention in order to meet the client’s spectrum of health needs.

Carmen went on to further her education as a Registered Nurse, spending her first 25 years in Community Mental Health Nursing. Working independently in rural communities, Carmen’s assessment and communication skills flourished. Craving independence and the challenge of being a business owner, in 2013 Carmen switched gears training in Advanced Foot Care. She recognized the benefits to her clients by combining her medical knowledge with natural health practices and became a Registered Canadian Reflexology Therapist. These mutually beneficial practices are why Carmen has been able to offer her client’s a unique service under her umbrella “Pedi Holistics’.

Carmen is a proud resident of Chilliwack and feels fortunate to be practicing Reflexology Therapy in the Fraser Valley. She enjoys an active lifestyle with her husband, and you will often find them in the stands cheering on the local football teams or out socializing with friends in one of Chilliwack's great restaurants.
